Moved in

Hello, yes it's been a while. We just got a phone connection this week, and so now I have internet again :). You may be wondering....what happened since Aug 8? Well, in short, we packed, moved to various garages and bunked in at the Halliday's guest cabin (no water, but a nice composting toilet :). We were in the cabin while the building, water, heat, kitchen and drywalling was completed. We are now in, but are still in a bit of a whirlwind as the pictures might show. We still need to get the closets done !!
Many thanks to all who helped, always just at the right moment! We are humbled and blessed to be in. We never knew you could try something 3-10 times before you get it right at each step, and I don't think we did anything right the first time!! (It was also interesting to have a washer, dryer, and coffee maker break during the transition!)

More work and God's Blessing

Yep, safety was a blessing. Bob Halliday fell from the top floor to basement, and was walking fine later on. We were blessed. Much progress last week, and preparing for the roof this weekend. Thanks to the help!!! We are also putting radiant heat tubing down this week so that the concrete can be poured for the floor on the weekend. (Finally broke down and hired a guy to do this for us!)
